MOREV GY6 6-Pin DC No Rev Limit Racing CDI for 50–150cc ATV & Go Kart

MOREV GY6 6-Pin DC No Rev Limit Racing CDI is designed for select GY6 50cc–150cc four-stroke engines equipped with the matching 6-pin (4+2) DC-powered ignition system. The non-adjustable CDI uses a preset advancing ignition-timing profile rather than a fixed ignition angle, and does not contain a programmed rev-limit cutoff.

• No programmed rev limit: Designed without a CDI-programmed engine speed cutoff. Actual maximum usable engine speed remains dependent on the engine setup, mechanical condition and supporting parts; speed or power gains are not guaranteed.
• Preset advancing ignition timing: Built-in ignition advance profile, not fixed-angle ignition. There are no external controls, DIP switches or user-selectable timing curves.
• GY6 6-pin (4+2) DC system: Designed for compatible battery-powered DC ignition systems. This is not an AC CDI; even matching-looking connectors do not make AC and DC units interchangeable.
• Blue finned aluminum housing: Approximate module dimensions 100 × 54 × 31 mm (3.94 × 2.13 × 1.22 in). Compare against your original CDI and mounting clearance.

Fitment and Applications

Designed for select 50cc, 125cc and 150cc GY6-style four-stroke engines with a matching battery-powered 6-pin (4+2) DC ignition arrangement. Engine families that may require checking include 139QMB, 139QMA, 152QMI and 157QMJ. Such engines can be found in scooters, mopeds, ATVs, go-karts and related small vehicles. Compatibility cannot be confirmed by engine displacement, engine code or vehicle brand alone. Not all GY6 engines use a DC CDI or the same connector pinout.

Important Checks Before Ordering

1. Identify the original CDI power type: This MCDI008 requires a compatible DC battery-powered ignition system, not an AC stator-exciter CDI.
2. Compare the original CDI connector housing, 4+2 pin layout, wiring and terminal orientation with the connector photos and wiring reference.
3. Verify module dimensions, installation space, grounding and the condition of the stator, pickup sensor and ignition coil.

Wiring safety: The reference graphic illustrates AC and DC wiring conventions for similar housings, but MCDI008 is DC only. Do not connect an AC stator supply to its DC power input or connect AC and DC supplies simultaneously. Consult a qualified technician if unsure about wiring or compatibility.
