Change-of-mind returns
Except where required by applicable consumer law, MOREV does not generally offer discretionary returns or exchanges for change of mind or for choosing an incompatible part. This does not affect your statutory cancellation, withdrawal or refund rights.
Statutory cancellation and withdrawal rights
Consumers in certain countries, including eligible customers in the European Union, European Economic Area and United Kingdom, may have a statutory right to withdraw from an online purchase within 14 days of receipt without giving a reason, subject to applicable exceptions. To exercise a statutory right, email us within the relevant period and clearly identify your order and decision to cancel. Where required, return the goods within the applicable legal period after notification. Refunds, including any standard outbound delivery charges that must legally be reimbursed, will be processed within statutory deadlines. Direct return shipping costs for a change-of-mind withdrawal may be the customer's responsibility where permitted by law and properly disclosed. Any permitted deduction for handling beyond what is necessary to inspect the goods will be assessed under applicable law.
Faulty, damaged, incorrect or misdescribed goods
If an item is defective, arrives damaged, is incorrect or materially differs from its description, please contact us promptly with your order number and a description of the issue. Photographs may help us review your request. Depending on the circumstances and applicable law, remedies may include repair, replacement, price reduction or refund. We cover return shipping where required by law.
Order cancellation before dispatch
If you wish to cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible. We will confirm whether dispatch has started and handle any cancellation or refund in accordance with your applicable rights.
How to request a return
Email morevracing@gmail.com with your order number and request. We will provide the appropriate instructions and return destination. Do not send a parcel to the original sender's address or our registered business address unless specifically instructed.
Refunds
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method where available, within the timeframe required by applicable law. Your payment provider may need additional time to display the credit.
Your legal rights
Nothing in this policy excludes mandatory consumer rights, including applicable rights in the EU/EEA, UK, Australia, United States or other countries and regions. Where those rights provide greater protection, they take precedence over our discretionary return policy.
