MOREV 4-Pin DC No Rev Limit Racing CDI for CD110 ATV & Pit Bike

Upgrade select 4-stroke horizontal-engine ignition systems with the MOREV 4-Pin DC No Rev Limit Racing CDI. Designed for compatible CD110-style DC ignition setups, this CDI removes the unit's programmed rev-limit cutoff and uses a preset advancing ignition-timing profile. It is non-adjustable: no DIP switches, selectable curves, or external settings.

• No programmed rev-limit cutoff: Designed without a user-selectable speed limiter. Actual maximum engine speed still depends on engine condition and supporting components.
• Preset advancing ignition timing: Built-in ignition profile; not a fixed-angle CDI and not user-adjustable.
• 4-pin DC application: For compatible battery-powered DC ignition systems only. Not interchangeable with AC CDI units.
• Compact aluminum housing: Approximate size 100 × 54 × 31 mm; compare with your installation space.

Fitment and compatibility

For select 50cc, 70cc, 90cc, 110cc and 125cc 4-stroke horizontal engines with the correct 4-pin DC CDI wiring, including some CD110-style ATV, pit bike, scooter and go-kart applications. Vehicle names and displacement alone do not guarantee compatibility.

Before ordering: Confirm your original CDI is DC type, then compare the connector housing, terminal positions, wiring and dimensions with the product photos. The supplied wiring reference shows pickup/trigger, ignition coil output, ground and battery +12V input. Installation by a qualified technician is recommended when wiring is uncertain.

Important: Removing an electronic cutoff does not guarantee a particular engine speed, acceleration or power increase. Check engine condition and supporting ignition components before installation.
