MOREV GY6 6-Pin AC No Rev Limit Racing CDI for 50–150cc ATV & Go Kart

MOREV GY6 6-Pin AC No Rev Limit Racing CDI is designed for select GY6 50cc–150cc four-stroke engines using a matching 6-pin (4+2) AC-powered ignition system. This non-adjustable CDI has a preset advancing ignition-timing profile rather than fixed-angle timing, and does not include a programmed rev-limit cutoff.

Product Features

• No programmed rev-limit cutoff: Removes the CDI's programmed cutoff setting; maximum usable engine speed still depends on the engine, ignition components and mechanical condition. No specific speed or performance gain is guaranteed.
• Preset advancing ignition timing: Built-in timing profile with no DIP switches, user-selectable curves or external tuning controls. This is not a fixed-angle CDI.
• GY6 6-pin (4+2) AC configuration: For compatible stator-powered AC CDI systems. Do not replace a DC CDI with this unit even if the connectors appear similar.
• Finned aluminum housing: Approximate module dimensions 100 × 54 × 31 mm (3.94 × 2.13 × 1.22 in). Compare with your original unit before ordering.

Vehicle and Engine Compatibility

For select GY6 50cc, 125cc and 150cc four-stroke engines with matching 6-pin (4+2) AC ignition. Typical engine families to verify include 139QMB, 139QMA, 152QMI and 157QMJ, as found on some scooters, mopeds, ATVs, go-karts and related small vehicles. Engine code, vehicle brand or displacement alone does not confirm compatibility. Not all GY6-family engines use the same CDI wiring.

Check Before Ordering

1. Verify the existing CDI is AC powered by the stator exciter coil, not battery-powered DC.
2. Compare the original 4+2 plug housings, pin positions, wiring and connector orientation with the product photos and wiring reference.
3. Confirm installation clearance and that supporting ignition components are properly matched and functional.

Safety note: The wiring reference discusses AC and DC power-input conventions, but MCDI007 is an AC-only CDI. Never connect AC and DC supplies together. If wiring or ignition type is uncertain, consult a qualified technician before installation.
