MOREV CG 6-Pin AC No Rev Limit Racing CDI for 125–250cc Dirt Bike & ATV

MOREV CG 6-Pin AC No Rev Limit Racing CDI for select CG-series 125cc–250cc four-stroke vertical engines using a compatible 6-pin (4+2) AC-powered ignition system. This non-adjustable CDI uses a preset advancing ignition-timing profile, not a fixed-angle setting, and does not include a programmed rev-limit cutoff.

Product Features

• No programmed rev-limit cutoff: The CDI does not introduce a selectable speed limit. Actual achievable engine speed is still determined by mechanical limits, the rest of the ignition system and engine condition.
• Preset advancing ignition timing: Built-in timing profile, with no external programming, user-adjustable curves or DIP switches.
• CG 6-pin (4+2) AC layout: For a matching stator-powered AC CDI connector and terminal arrangement; not intended as a substitute for a DC ignition CDI.
• Finned aluminum housing: Approximate body dimensions 100 × 54 × 31 mm (3.94 × 2.13 × 1.22 in). Check the available mounting space.

Vehicle and Engine Compatibility

Designed for select CG 125cc, 150cc, 200cc and 250cc 4-stroke vertical engines with a matching 6-pin (4+2) AC CDI system. Possible engine-series applications include select 156FMI, 162FMJ and 163FML engines as shown in the compatibility guide, and certain dirt bikes, ATVs and go-karts sold under brands such as TaoTao, Roketa, SunL and Coolster. Brand, engine code and displacement alone do not guarantee fitment.

Check Before Ordering

1. Confirm the original CDI is AC powered from the stator exciter coil, not a DC CDI powered by battery +12V.
2. Match the original 4+2 plug shapes, terminal positions and wiring against the connector and wiring reference images.
3. Check housing dimensions, installation clearance and the condition of the stator, pickup and ignition coil.

Important safety note: Although the CG 6-pin connector diagram illustrates both AC and DC power-input conventions, this MCDI009 product is AC only. Do not connect it to a DC system or connect AC and DC supplies together. CDI operation depends on the complete engine and ignition setup. Consult a qualified technician if the wiring is uncertain.
