MOREV 5-Pin AC No Rev Limit Racing CDI for 50–125cc ATV & Pit Bike

The MOREV 5-Pin AC No Rev Limit Racing CDI is designed for select 50cc–125cc 4-stroke engines using a compatible 5-pin AC ignition system. Its preprogrammed advancing ignition-timing profile has no user-adjustable settings and no programmed rev-limit cutoff. This is an AC CDI, not a DC CDI.

Features

• No programmed rev-limit cutoff: Built for compatible AC ignition systems without a selectable speed-limiter mode. Engine speed remains dependent on mechanical condition and other supporting components.
• Preset advancing ignition profile: Uses built-in ignition timing that advances according to its programmed profile; it is not a fixed-angle ignition module.
• Non-adjustable design: No DIP switches, user-selected timing curves or external programming required.
• Aluminum finned housing: Approximate dimensions: 100 × 54 × 31 mm (3.94 × 2.13 × 1.22 in).

Fitment guidance

For select 50cc, 70cc, 90cc, 110cc and 125cc 4-stroke engines equipped with the matching 5-pin AC CDI system, including certain pit bikes, ATVs, scooters and go-karts. Examples shown in the fitment reference include select Coolster, TaoTao, SSR and other mini bike applications, only when their original AC ignition type, connector and pin positions match. Engine displacement or vehicle branding alone does not confirm fitment.

Confirm before ordering

1. Verify your original ignition module is AC-powered (stator exciter coil), not battery-powered DC.
2. Compare the 5-pin orange plug shape, terminal layout and wiring with the connector and wiring photos.
3. Confirm the installation space and supporting ignition parts are suitable.

Important: AC and DC CDI modules are not interchangeable. The CDI is one part of the ignition system; actual running characteristics depend on the engine, stator, pickup, ignition coil, wiring, fuel system and installation. A qualified technician should check uncertain wiring before installation.
